Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your Auto Zone Deals order ships. Auto Zone Deals is operated by VANTARISE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation by email at checkout.

Shipping times & cost

We offer free standard shipping within the United States, with typical delivery in 2–5 business days after processing. Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time. Estimated windows are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier volume, weather, and holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Shipping address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can usually update it before the order ships, but not after.

Failed delivery & returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a missed delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for an incorrect address.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us. If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, reach out and we'll help investigate and make it right.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to order, contact us and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate your location and what shipping would cost.

Duties & taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. For international orders arranged with us, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
